Job summary

Aramark is seeking a Maintenance Worker to perform upkeep and repairs of buildings and grounds at assigned locations in the Houston area. The role involves servicing doors, windows, fixtures, and office equipment, with routine inspections and checklists to keep facilities running smoothly.

Candidates should have prior maintenance experience, strong safety awareness, and good communication skills. Flexibility to work varied hours, including evenings and weekends, is required as needed by client

Qualifications

• Previous maintenance experience preferred.
• Ability to follow basic safety procedures and precautions.
• Demonstrates interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Must be available to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Maintains and repairs buildings and grounds within assigned areas.
• Repairs fixtures and hardware such as doors, windows, minor appliances, and office equipment.
• Inspects area regularly and performs maintenance to keep facility functional.
• Completes daily, weekly, or monthly maintenance checklists.
• Reports major maintenance needs and recommends corrective actions.
• Demonstrates safe, efficient use of tools and equipment.
• Complies with Aramark safety policies and training commitments.
• Role may evolve with client requirements and business needs.
