Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Monitor repairs and maintenance tasks for timeliness and quality.
• Schedule and assign work to meet priorities.
• Coordinate remodeling projects, ordering and scheduling.
• Monitor yearly safety inspections for fire systems.
• Schedule branch maintenance requests.
• Coordinate with outside vendors when needed.
• Assist with yearly safety inspections.
• Set up new branch locations.
• Manage daily workflow and establish procedures.
• Assess and develop team skills; initiate training.
