Job summary

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• 3–5 years of relevant work experience.

• Valid vehicle license and clean driving record.
• Knowledge of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and appliances.
• Experience with Microsoft Office applications.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Willingness to participate in on-call rotation.
• Ability to supervise diverse teams.

Responsibilities

• Participate in hire, termination, performance management and progressive discipline in coordination with DOM and HR.
• Train, coach and mentor team members; schedule technician workloads.
• Maintain close relationships with technicians and subcontractors to meet service requirements.
• Perform Quality Control checks of service requests and COM processes.
