Qualifications

• Two years supervisory experience preferred.
• Knowledge of construction blueprints and terminology.
• Ability to plan, organize and coordinate project schedules and work assignments.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Must communicate effectively with employees and contractors.
• Knowledge of computer software related to College supported systems, accessing and inputting data.
• Valid Florida Driver's license required.
• This position requires fingerprinting and a $36 fee.
• Transcripts must be sent directly from the institution; foreign degrees require evaluation.
