Job summary

Cresco Labs in Pennsylvania is seeking a Facility Maintenance Supervisor to lead our maintenance team and ensure our production facility runs smoothly. This role oversees Maintenance Technicians, coordinates work orders, and requires a broad skill set in plumbing, electrical, carpentry and HVAC.

Relocation may be available for the right candidate. The ideal candidate will have 3+ years in industrial maintenance, supervisory experience, and strong communication skills to manage multiple tasks and

Qualifications

• 3+ years of industrial building maintenance experience preferred.
• Supervisory experience preferred.
• Ability to read machine prints and assign duties to technicians.
• Ability to work well under pressure.
• Effective communication with teammates.
• Oversee team and liaise between technicians and project engineers.
• Experience in piping systems, industrial electrical installations and control circuits.
• HVAC certification preferred.
• Production environment experience with mechanical, electrical and plumbing troubleshooting; utilities installations a plus.

Responsibilities

• Oversee building inspections, bids, operations, leasing and projects as needed.
• Delegate tasks and assemble work lists for technicians.
• Schedule regular HVAC, lighting, roof and premises inspections.
• Maintain building systems: lighting, HVAC, life safety and security.
• Direct technicians in repairing mechanical equipment as directed.
• Maintain maintenance performance logs and inventories.
• Move equipment and supplies between properties as required.
• Handle miscellaneous troubleshooting and problem solving.
