Job summary

Cresco Labs is seeking a Facility Maintenance Technician to ensure the facility is maintained for production and manufacturing operations. The technician will handle plumbing, electrical, carpentry and HVAC tasks, with shifts that may include early mornings, evenings, or weekends to meet business needs.

The role requires 1–3 years of industrial building maintenance experience and HVAC/electrical know-how, with a pay range of $24–$26 per hour.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of industrial building maintenance experience.
• Basic computer knowledge.
• Ability to read machine prints and perform repairs.
• Experience with mechanical, electrical and plumbing troubleshooting.
• HVAC certification preferred.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs and work in hot/cold environments.

Responsibilities

• Timely and accurate completion of work lists.
• Inspect HVAC components, doors, lighting, roof and premises on a routine basis.
• Maintain building systems including lighting, HVAC, thermostats, life safety and security.
• Repair mechanical equipment as directed.
• Electrical troubleshooting and repairs including bulbs/ballast replacement, plumbing, painting and carpentry as needed.
• Patrol building exterior for garbage.
• Snow removal and salting, mowing or other groundwork as required.
• Assist in roof maintenance and repair work as needed.
• Touch up painting and drywall patching as needed.
• Complete required training in timely manner.
