Job summary

ADUSA Distribution is seeking a Facilities Maintenance Supervisor to lead daily maintenance on our Schodack Landing campus. This hands-on role ensures safety, reliability, and uninterrupted operations across all shifts, coordinating a skilled team and external vendors as needed.

You will oversee preventive maintenance, document work in the CMMS, and support fire safety programs while maintaining inventory and compliance with safety standards.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of maintenance experience, ideally in a distribution or industrial environment.
• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Forklift certification or willingness to certify.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office programs.

Responsibilities

• Plan, assign, and prioritize maintenance work across all shifts to ensure timely, high-quality completion.
• Train, coach, and evaluate maintenance associates, promoting skill development and accountability.
• Step in to perform the duties of the Maintenance Supervisor or Maintenance Coordinator as needed.
• Serve as a working supervisor, performing mechanical repairs and maintenance when required.
