Job summary

ADUSA Distribution is seeking a Facilities Maintenance Supervisor to lead the campus maintenance team and keep operations safe, efficient, and uninterrupted. This hands-on role coordinates across shifts, develops skilled staff, and ensures PMs and repairs meet standards.

You will drive maintenance execution, inventory management, and safety compliance while mentoring team members to enhance reliability in a fast-paced distribution environment.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of maintenance experience required.
• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office programs; forklift certification preferred or willing to become certified.

Responsibilities

• Plan, assign, and prioritize maintenance work across all shifts to ensure timely, high-quality completion.
• Train, coach, and evaluate maintenance associates, promoting skill development and accountability.
• Step in to perform duties of Maintenance Supervisor or Maintenance Coordinator as needed.
• Serve as a working supervisor, performing mechanical repairs and maintenance when required.
