ADUSA Distribution is seeking a Facilities Maintenance Supervisor to keep our distribution campus running safely and efficiently. You will lead a hands-on maintenance team, coordinate daily activities across shifts, and ensure preventive maintenance and repairs are completed on time.

This role emphasizes on-floor leadership, problem-solving in real time, and impacting operational reliability within a fast-paced distribution environment. Salary range is posted and commensurate with experience.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of maintenance experience in a distribution or industrial environment.
• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office programs.

Responsibilities

• Plan, assign, and prioritize maintenance work across all shifts to ensure timely, high‑quality completion.
• Train, coach, and evaluate maintenance associates, promoting skill development and accountability.
• Step in to perform duties of Maintenance Supervisor or Maintenance Coordinator as needed.
• Serve as a working supervisor, performing mechanical repairs and maintenance when required.
