Rite of Passage is seeking a Facilities Maintenance Worker at Columbus Youth Academy in Tampa, FL. You will oversee site maintenance, grounds, water systems, and daily upkeep, while directing maintenance staff and supporting remodeling projects.

The role requires supervisory experience, a high school diploma, a valid driver’s license, and the ability to pass background, TB, and drug screenings. Join our team dedicated to youth welfare and safety.

Qualificações

• High School diploma or equivalent and at least 4 years of related experience.
• Licensed Technician in plumbing, electrical, HVAC or related field.
• Supervisory experience required.
• State Driver’s License with clean driving record in past 3 years.
• Pass background clearance, TB test and drug screen (no THC).

Responsabilidades

• Oversee all aspects of site maintenance for designated ROP sites.
• Perform grounds keeping, water system maintenance, daily upkeep, emergency repairs.
• Lead remodeling projects and new construction as needed.
• Directly supervise maintenance and grounds staff.
