Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED equivalent.
• Nine years of building maintenance operations, including five years in supervision.
• Valid Class C Texas Driver's License.
• Applicants must pass CJIS background checks and meet related requirements.

Responsibilities

• Performs site assessments to estimate materials, costs, and time for maintenance projects.
• Develops detailed project plans and schedules for building maintenance and repairs.
• Provides work direction and leadership to staff on maintenance projects.
• Directs preventive and corrective maintenance efforts and budgets.
• Coordinates with City staff to prioritize work assignments.
• Directs contracted projects to ensure specifications and budgets are met.
• Prepares operating and management reports and submits budget recommendations.
