Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Estimate materials, time, and costs for maintenance/repair projects.
• Develop detailed project plans and schedules for buildings requiring maintenance/repair.
• Provide work direction and leadership for maintenance projects; assign duties.
• Direct preventive and corrective maintenance; plan equipment and personnel needs.
• Coordinate with staff to prioritize maintenance work; manage project budgets.
