Job summary

Quality Talent Group seeks an experienced Manufacturing Supervisor in Blue Springs, MS to direct daily production, supervise staff, and ensure smooth operations. You will manage tasks, coordinate maintenance resources, and support equipment performance in a fast-paced facility.

Ideal candidates have at least 2 years in manufacturing with supervision experience; a High School diploma is required and an Associate Degree is preferred to support supervisory responsibilities.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
• 2 years in a manufacturing or distribution center environment is required.
• Previous supervision experience is required.
• Associate Degree in Supervisory Management or related field is desired.

Responsibilities

• Direct the day-to-day activities and assign tasks as necessary.
• Coordinate Machine Maintenance and Electro/Mechanical Tech resources.
• Support continuous improvement recommendations.
• Assist production management in the maintenance, training and operation of equipment.
• Oversee all activities associated with the direction and support of maintenance functions.
