Description

Arisa Health is seeking candidates to fill a Facilities Maintenance Supervisor position in our Central Region.

Job Details

Arisa Health is Arkansas' largest and most comprehensive nonprofit behavioral health provider. Formed by the affiliation of 4 long-standing Arkansas community mental health centers, Arisa Health leads with exceptional care that nurtures health and well-being for all. Arisa provides outpatient services, crisis services and emergency screening, substance abuse counseling, intensive children services, intensive adult services, medical services, and residential services in 41 Arkansas counties.

This position is classified as full-time, non-exempt (hourly) and reports to the Facilities Maintenance Manager.

Work hours: Full time, Monday - Friday, 8:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m.

What We Look For In a Facilities Maintenance Supervisor

• High School Diploma or GED required
• Experience with HVAC and electrical work is required
• Minimum of two years of verifiable experience with general building repairs and grounds maintenance
• Basic knowledge of uniform code books, electrical wiring, plumbing, carpentry, glass replacement, painting, sprinkler systems, pest management, and use of basic hand tools
• Ability to work after hours as needed
• Good communication skills and decision-making ability
• Ability to prepare work orders and reports; complete projects within deadlines
• Ability to measure distances, read blueprints, coordinate multiple projects, forecast problems, and plan work schedules of maintenance personnel
• Physical ability to climb ladders, bend, kneel, reach, lift, and stand for long periods
• Trade School experience preferred
