About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Facilities Maintenance Supervisor to oversee all aspects of facility operations at our cold storage warehouse. This role involves ensuring the efficient functioning of refrigeration, HVAC, and material handling equipment, while leading a maintenance team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Leadership & Team Management: Supervise, train, and develop the maintenance team; oversee scheduling, hiring, and performance evaluations; ensure safety policies and OSHA regulations compliance.
• Facility & Equipment Maintenance: Manage preventive maintenance for refrigeration, HVAC, and MHE; troubleshoot facility issues including electrical systems; coordinate work orders and repairs.
• Vendor & Budget Oversight: Schedule and supervise external contractors; control maintenance expenses; oversee renovations and safety audits.
• Safety & Compliance: Maintain adherence to EPA and OSHA guidelines; monitor and improve safety protocols; keep accurate maintenance records.

What You Bring:

• Experience & Education: 5+ years of maintenance leadership in warehouse or industrial settings; strong HVAC, refrigeration, and electrical background; high school diploma or equivalent; bilingual in Spanish required.
• Skills & Certifications: Knowledge of EPA, OSHA, safety regulations; ability to interpret technical drawings; experience with CMMS; organizational and problem-solving skills; supervisory experience.
• Physical Requirements: Lift up to 50 lbs.; work in cold storage conditions; available for emergencies, nights, weekends, and holidays.
