Job summary

Responsibilities

• Direct, schedule and manage maintenance personnel for facility upkeep.
• Supervise staff and inmates/residents; evaluate performance per policy.
• Inspect work orders for quality, safety and code compliance; correct issues.
• Monitor and inspect facility to ensure regulatory and safety compliance.
• Takes corrective action for problems detected during inspections.
