Job summary

Simply Southern is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor in Greensboro, NC to manage and oversee facility upkeep across company locations. You will coordinate repairs, coordinate with contractors, maintain preventive maintenance programs, and ensure safety and regulatory compliance.

Candidates should have 3+ years electrical or mechanical experience, basic PC skills, ability to lift 75+ pounds, and strong organizational and communication abilities.

Qualifications

• Experience in facility maintenance and supervisory responsibilities.
• Ability to read and interpret maintenance manuals and safety procedures.
• Strong organizational and communication skills; ability to supervise contractors.

Responsibilities

• Oversees all aspects of facility maintenance across company locations.
• Supervises contractors and potentially other supervisors.
• Ensures adherence to safety regulations and procedures.
• Prepares maintenance budgets and tracks expenses.
• Procures parts and repairs to maintain equipment availability.
