Management & Training Corporation (MTC) seeks a Maintenance Supervisor at the Bluebonnet Detention Center in Anson, TX. You will supervise general maintenance workers and janitors, ensuring department alignment with MTC and customer directives.

Essential duties include budgeting support, staff training, safety compliance, and preventive maintenance planning, with regular inspections and coordination with other facility staff.

Qualifications

• Minimum five years in buildings, grounds and equipment maintenance.
• Three+ years in a supervisory capacity.
• Valid Texas driver’s license with acceptable driving record.

Responsibilities

• Plan and coordinate administrative and maintenance services.
• Train staff, evaluate performance, and implement changes with approvals.
• Assist in budget preparation and monitor expenditures.
• Develop and implement maintenance policies and procedures.
• Inspect buildings, grounds and equipment for repairs and safety.
• Perform maintenance tasks and manage work orders.
• Supervise detainees assigned to the department and coordinate with staff.
• Prepare and maintain inventory and building system records.
• Develop preventive maintenance plans.
