Job summary

Bern’s Steak House is seeking maintenance team members to help operate in our on-site maintenance shop and restaurant facilities in Tampa, FL. You will maintain equipment and support both the kitchen and dining areas, working as part of a small team.

The role requires basic maintenance experience, strong communication, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced restaurant environment. Training will be provided for specific areas, with some weekend and on-call hours expected.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a clean and safe work environment in maintenance shop and restaurants.

• Perform preventative maintenance and routine cleaning.
• Be able to work 1st shift with some weekends and on-call hours.
• Will receive training in certain areas.

Bern’s Steak House is looking for new members for our maintenance team who have basic tool knowledge to help work in our maintenance shop and restaurants. Work is done on site at several facilities requiring basic maintenance responsibilities.

Responsibilities and Duties

• 1st shift and some weekends and various on call hours
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment
• Run and repair high volume equipment such as HVAC and refrigeration systems
• Work well with a small team
• Preventative Maintenance
• Routine cleaning
• Must be able to work in a high stress/ fast paced environment
