Ryder System, Inc. is hiring a Facilities & Maintenance Startup Implementation Specialist to support Ryder's Startup Operations within the Supply Chain Solutions division.

This exempt salary role focuses on coordinating facility startups, automation installations, and vendor partnerships to enable fast, reliable site readiness. You will travel up to 90% across North America, drive cost savings, train maintenance leadership, and ensure installations meet design and timeline targets.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, facilities management or industrial engineering preferred.
• HS diploma or GED required.
• At least 5 years in facilities, maintenance, or warehouse startup environments.
• At least 1 year with Ryder in warehouse operations or logistics preferred.
