Job summary

Pilotcompany is seeking a facilities associate to maintain cleanliness across the travel center, including showers, restrooms, and towels. You will perform general maintenance, manage trash, and ensure guest areas are well-kept to deliver a positive guest experience.

Ideal candidates are self-motivated, able to lift 50 pounds, and comfortable working a flexible schedule including nights and weekends. Experience in similar positions is preferred, with opportunities for professional development.

Qualifications

• Self-motivated and proactive in a fast-paced environment.
• Able to work effectively as part of a team.
• Capable of lifting up to 50 pounds and standing/walking most of the day.

Responsibilities

• Maintain overall cleanliness of the store and facilities.
• Clean showers and restrooms.
• Wash, load, and unload towels for showers.
• Perform general repair and maintenance tasks around the store.
• Collect and dispose of all trash around the travel center.
• Provide excellent guest service through well-maintained facilities.
