Responsibilities

  • Lead and perform maintenance, repair, and improvement of City facilities with carpentry, painting, and roofing work.
  • Operate and safely use specialized maintenance equipment and tools.
  • Plan, coordinate, and monitor painting and roofing projects, and inspect final work for quality.
  • Complete daily work orders, logs, inspections, and inventory documentation.
  • Provide excellent customer service and guidance on maintenance procedures.
  • May serve as a lead worker, assigning tasks and monitoring completion.
