• Knowledge of safety rules and regulations.
• Ability to travel to training sessions and site visits.
• Driver’s license with clean driving record and be bondable.

Responsibilities

• Promotes and models the organization’s Core Values.
• Maintains physical structures, grounds, and general repairs as needed.
• Assists with delivery of items and moving of equipment.
• Follows safety rules and AVANCE policies and licensing standards.
• Maintains vehicle inspections and ensures licenses are up-to-date.
• Purchases maintenance supplies and solicits bids for minor purchases.
• Reports hazard conditions to supervisor and keeps records tidy.
