Performs carpenter work in the alteration, repair and maintenance of dry wall, doors, door frames, stairs and other building structures. 2. Paints walls, doors, cabinets and other building structures. 3. Performs minor electrical and plumbing repairs. 4. Performs installation of barriers such as bollards and wall and structural protections. 5. Provides input regarding building contractors and their services. 6.
