Pritchard Industries, Inc. is seeking a dependable Custodian to perform building maintenance tasks, including cleaning restrooms and break rooms, vacuuming, mopping, and trash removal. The role requires a professional attitude, reliability, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
The position is full-time with 40 hours per week, typical shifts from 7:00 am to 3:30 pm or 3:30 pm to 11:00 pm, Monday through Friday. Benefits include Health benefits and 401K options.

We are seeking to hire aCustodian. You will be responsible for performing building maintenance tasks, including vacuuming, mopping, sweeping floors, removing trash, cleaning restrooms and break rooms, and other miscellaneous duties to ensure that the building and facilities are maintained in a healthy, safe, and sanitary manner. The ideal candidate will have a professional attitude & appearance and be self-motivated, hardworking, dependable, and responsible.
Must be able to follow instructions from supervisor and complete all tasks effectively.
Prior cleaning experience is a plus.
Must be able to lift at least 50 pounds.
Janitor experience is a plus but will train
Reliable Transportation
Be able to use the auto scrubber machine
Be able set up for events
Bilingual (English and Spanish) preferred
Pay Rate: $20/hr
Full-time
Hours: 40 hrs/week, 7:00 am - 3:30 pm or 3:30 pm - 11:00 pm, Monday - Friday
