Job summary

TDG Facilities, LLC is seeking a Facility Site Lead / Lead Maintenance Technician in Cincinnati, Ohio. This role supports an educational customer with on-site daily responsibilities, overseeing a facilities team and performing general maintenance including plumbing, electrical, and HVAC tasks.

The ideal candidate will have commercial maintenance experience, strong leadership and communication skills, and the ability to manage work orders and client relationships.

Qualifications

• Experience in Commercial Facilities Maintenance including light plumbing, electrical, and HVAC.
• Strong leadership and servant leadership mindset.
• Ability to troubleshoot general maintenance issues.
• Excellent communication with diverse stakeholders.
• Ability to self-manage and perform duties beyond satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Support day-to-day repairs in general maintenance, plumbing, and electrical systems as required.
• Experience with HVAC is a plus.
• Oversee staff, assuring tasks are completed safely, efficiently, and properly.
• Support fire systems / life fire safety compliance.
• Support training of staff members on floor care (strip and wax, carpet cleaning, etc.).
• Maintain detailed and complete records of maintenance, repair, and testing activities.
• Maintain site supplies inventory.
• Develop and maintain client relationships including participation in client meetings.
• Manage work orders within a work order management system.
• Manage bid for services.
• Escalate critical tasks for added support when needed.
