Medcarepediatric in Houston seeks a dependable Facilities Maintenance Technician / Shuttle Driver to join our team. This role blends hands-on building maintenance with transporting employees between company locations using a passenger shuttle van.

You will perform preventive maintenance, basic repairs, vehicle inspections, and keep records. The position offers a full-time schedule, benefits including medical, dental, vision, life and disability insurance, PTO and holidays, and a 401(k).

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Valid Texas driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.
• Ability to lift up to 75 pounds.
• Experience driving a passenger shuttle, van, or commercial vehicle.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine building preventive maintenance and repairs.
• Paint, drywall, carpentry, plumbing, and electrical repairs.
• Maintain grounds, parking areas, and exterior appearance of the property.
• Coordinate with vendors and contractors for specialized repairs.
• Transport employees between company locations using a passenger shuttle van.
• Perform daily vehicle inspections and report maintenance concerns.
• Keep the shuttle clean, fueled, and ready for operation.
• Maintain maintenance records.
