Qualifications

• 5 years of experience in the installation and repair of doors and locks.
• Experience in at least 5 maintenance disciplines.
• Competent in using Microsoft Word, Excel, and other software.

Responsibilities

• Provide highly skilled maintenance services for GTCC facilities.
• Ensure safety and security on Jamestown Campus.
• Install and repair mechanical and electronic devices.

Skills

General working knowledge of multiple maintenance trades

Ability to install and repair mechanical and electronic locks

Ability to lead and mentor Tech I and Assistant level positions

Skilled in the use of power and hand tools

Competent in the use of computers/tablets/smartphones

Education

High school diploma or GED Certificate

Completion of an associate degree in electronics

NC Locksmith License or ability to obtain
