Job summary

Divergent operates at the forefront of engineering and manufacturing, seeking a Facility Manager in Los Angeles to lead facility and equipment programs. You will govern CMMS, drive preventive maintenance plans, and coordinate vendor activity to ensure safe, reliable operations.

Lead and optimize annual and multi-year maintenance strategies, manage budgets, and partner with EHS, Quality, Engineering, and Production to uphold ISO 14001, AS9100D, and IATF 16949 standards while advancing lean

Qualifications

• Experience planning work, administering a CMMS, coordinating contractors or projects.
• Experience supporting a manufacturing operation.
• ISO 14001, AS9100D/ISO 9001, or IATF 16949 familiarity a plus.
• Facility-management or project-management certification a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop annual and multi-year facility, maintenance, and equipment-reliability plans.
• Administer the CMMS, asset records, and preventive maintenance schedules.
• Set maintenance priorities, KPIs, and reporting for uptime and backlog.
• Plan operating and capital budgets, schedules, and business cases.
• Coordinate equipment installations, upgrades, and handoffs to operations.
• Oversee maintenance staff, contractors, and vendors; manage scopes and proposals.
• Maintain inspection, maintenance, and compliance records for audit readiness.
• Collaborate with EHS, Quality, Engineering, and Production on standards.
