Qualifications

• Minimum two years of experience in facilities operations and maintenance.
• Supervises a diversified workforce responsible for operations, maintenance, and repair of commercial building infrastructure systems.
• Valid driver's license required.

Responsibilities

• Facility inspections and checklists.
• Monitor physical and functional condition of building systems.
• Plan, coordinate, and ensure quality for service contracts and repairs.
• Prepare energy efficiency and sustainable practices/recommendations.
• Promote energy conservation and awareness.
• Develop and implement quality assurance program.
• Provide QA inspection and oversight for maintenance and repair, documenting as required.
• Review SRM project tasks, requirements, and cost magnitude.
