Responsibilities

• Repair or replace pipes, toilets, lights, furnaces, and other materials.
• Repair windows, doors, drywall, cabinets, walls, and structures.
• Turn around vacant units for occupancy and clean.
• Perform standard grounds maintenance including snow removal and mowing.
• Assist contractors and perform cleaning and trash removal.
• Follow directions and perform other duties as needed.
