• HS diploma or GED preferred; trade school may substitute for 2 years’ experience.

• Daily maintenance and cleaning of program offices, kitchens, bathrooms, common areas, elevators and lobbies.
• Clean and sanitize surfaces, replenish janitorial supplies, and secure waste as per NYC code.
