Job summary

Qualifications

• Three years’ experience as a cleaner/maintainer of diverse commercial space.
• Ability to follow written directives and work orders.
• Valid driver’s license required for agency vehicle duties.

Responsibilities

• Daily cleaning of program offices, kitchens, bathrooms, common areas, and related spaces.
• Sanitize surfaces, handle janitorial supplies, and maintain equipment safely.
• Perform light repairs and assist with on-site events as needed.
• Move furniture for cleaning or events and support space reconfiguration.
• Monitor fire safety equipment and participate in drills when directed.
• Provide grounds work such as mowing, raking, and planting where requested.
• Maintain storage areas clean and organized; complete related recordkeeping.
