Job summary

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum 2 years’ maintenance experience.
• Experience in social services or related field.
• Experience in residential/crisis/24 hr settings.
• Basic computer skills: Word, Excel, Outlook.
• Knowledge of maintenance tools and basic repairs.
• Able to work weekends and evenings as needed.
• Bilingual English/Spanish a plus.

Responsibilities

• Maintain cleanliness in assigned areas including floor care, bathrooms, trash, and windows.
• Carry out minor repairs and building maintenance.
• Exterior snow and ice removal and ground upkeep.
• Submit work orders as needed and manage biweekly inventory.
• Assist in setting up chairs and tables for events and ensure safety.
• Maintain tools and equipment in good condition.
• Assist in moving and storing program supplies and equipment as needed.
• Attend staff meetings and trainings as required.
• Respond to consumer needs promptly and respectfully.
