Responsibilities

• Assists the Superintendent with building maintenance and cleaning tasks.
• Sweep and mop all floors daily; spray buff weekly; strip and wax as needed.
• Sweep and mop stairs weekly; clean and restock bathrooms daily.
• Clean laundry room, public spaces, and glass surfaces daily.
• Keep storage/utility/work rooms clean and organized; snow/ice removal as needed.
• Remove trash/recycling; ensure debris-free halls and grounds.
• Maintain compactor and recycling rooms; graffiti removal within 24 hours (weekdays) or by Monday if weekend.
• Maintain parking lot/grounds daily; grass care and pruning as necessary.
• Other duties as assigned; uniforms worn during work hours.
