Qualifications

• Must have hands-on experience with hand and power tools, plus HVAC, plumbing and electrical systems.
• Preferred background in basic carpentry and general construction work.
• High school diploma or GED required with 2+ years of related experience.

Responsibilities

• Support maintenance, repair and upkeep of the facility and equipment to ensure safety and efficiency.
• Perform routine and preventive maintenance on building systems and related equipment.
• Assist with electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and carpentry tasks as needed.
• Inspect equipment and maintain a safe, clean work environment in accordance with GMP expectations.
• Support daily operations and communicate issues to supervision promptly.
• Operate and maintain basic facilities-related tools and machinery.
