Job summary

The Town of Matthews is seeking a qualified supervisor to plan, organize, and direct maintenance, construction, and repair of Town facilities and systems. You will lead staff and contractors, ensure safety, and maintain facilities in accordance with building codes.

Responsibilities include overseeing preventive maintenance, managing work orders, and budgeting for operations and capital projects. Candidates should have five years of relevant experience and supervisory capability, with CDL

Qualifications

Thorough knowledge of building maintenance and trades.
Experience with budgeting, asset management, and replacement schedules.
Ability to read blueprints and prepare specifications.

Responsibilities

Plan, supervise, and coordinate maintenance, construction, and repair of Town facilities and systems.
Supervise staff and contractors in trades such as electrical, mechanical, HVAC, plumbing, carpentry, and painting.
