Job summary

BLUESTAR RESORT & GOLF is seeking a Facilities Maintenance Manager to oversee Building Maintenance and Housekeeping staff, reporting to the Club General Manager. This role ensures high standards of service and safety across indoor and outdoor facilities.

Responsibilities include budgeting, purchase orders, leading a team, coordinating with management, maintaining pools, HVAC, landscape and irrigation, and ensuring safe operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• 1–3 years leadership experience; two years supervisory preferred.
• Experience in a Homeowners Association preferred.
• First Aid or safety certifications; CPO certification if required.
• Knowledge of HVAC systems, pool equipment, painting, landscape maintenance.

Responsibilities

• Lead Building Maintenance and Housekeeping staff and report to the Club General Manager.
• Maintain high quality standards for maintenance and housekeeping services.
• Manage budgets, purchase orders, department checkbooks, and reports.
• Coordinate with management to monitor annual budgets and expenses.
• Ensure safety practices and compliance; oversee repairs of facilities.
