Qualifications

• Three years' experience in commercial buildings or similar complex environments with maintenance of building systems.
• At least one year of experience with automated hi-rise building systems.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of HVAC mechanics, building engineers, and contracted staff in operation, repair and maintenance of building systems.
• Oversee preventive maintenance and energy management across multiple county facilities.
• Coordinate with project managers for small construction initiatives as needed.
