Job summary

Netceed is seeking a Facilities Maintenance Technician / Custodian in Winston-Salem, NC to keep offices and warehouse spaces clean, safe, and functional. You will perform daily custodial tasks and assist with basic maintenance, minor repairs, and vendor coordination as needed.

Responsibilities

• Perform daily, weekly, and periodic cleaning of office, warehouse, breakroom, restroom, and common areas.
• Sweep, mop, vacuum, dust, and sanitize facility spaces.
• Maintain cleanliness of entrances, walkways, and shared workspaces.
• Remove trash and recycling and ensure proper disposal procedures are followed.
• Replenish cleaning and restroom supplies as needed.
• Respond promptly to cleaning requests and assist other departments in maintaining facility cleanliness.
• Conduct routine inspections of the facility to identify maintenance needs and safety concerns.
• Perform minor repairs and general maintenance tasks as appropriate.
• Assist with basic maintenance of building systems and equipment.
• Coordinate with approved vendors and contractors for repairs and preventative maintenance services.
• Maintain company equipment and report issues requiring additional attention.
