Job summary

Fortive is seeking a Maintenance Mechanic to support four Everett sites, ensuring safe, efficient building operations. You will service HVAC, plumbing, and electrical systems, read blueprints, and perform preventive maintenance to minimize downtime.

Qualifications

• Experience maintaining HVAC, plumbing and electrical systems in commercial facilities.
• Ability to read blueprints and electrical diagrams with accuracy.
• Proactive in preventive maintenance and repairs to ensure reliability.

Responsibilities

• Maintain, troubleshoot, and repair HVAC systems including VAV boxes and rooftop units.
• Install, troubleshoot, and repair plumbing and sanitary systems as needed.
• Troubleshoot electrical distribution, lighting, and fire alarm circuits.
• Perform preventive maintenance and respond to corrective work orders in CMMS.
• Collaborate with engineering and production teams for installations and moves.
