Job summary

Laphcc in Wisconsin is seeking a Facility Maintenance Technician to maintain the distribution center buildings, including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, carpentry and painting. You will perform preventative maintenance and respond to equipment issues to keep operations running smoothly.

The role requires hands-on skills with hand and power tools, ability to read manuals, a valid driver's license, and at least 12 years in facility maintenance.

Qualifications

• High school education or equivalent.
• Training in facility maintenance including carpentry, HVAC, plumbing, electrical and mechanics.
• 12 years general building and facility maintenance.
• Ability to read and interpret technical instructions and manuals.
• Skilled with hand tools and power tools.
• Valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventative maintenance on HVAC, electrical, plumbing systems
• Repairs minor electrical, HVAC, plumbing malfunctions and dock doors
• Perform basic carpentry duties as needed
• Assists in relocating and remodeling offices, conference rooms and break areas
• Must be able to perform the essential functions of this position with our without reasonable accommodation.
