Job summary

EMCOR Facilities Services in Madison, Wisconsin, is seeking a Maintenance Technician responsible for the effective delivery of facility services. A company van is provided for daily local travel.

Qualifications

• HS diploma or Degree/Certification, or equivalent professional experience in Landscaping, Trades, or Specialty Floor Care, preferred.
• Two to five years of mechanical experience required.
• Must possess applicable certifications and a valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive maintenance and corrective repairs on buildings and equipment.
• Conduct face-to-face customer relations.
• Complete service inspections and asset inspections as needed.
