CSI International Inc. is seeking a proactive Maintenance Mechanic to sustain the safety, functionality, and appearance of our facilities. You will perform routine and preventive maintenance, assist with minor repairs, and partner with senior technicians on larger projects.

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years in facilities maintenance or building operations.
• Hands-on with building systems and safety standards.
• Ability to read diagrams, manuals, schematics, and work orders.
• Basic electrical and plumbing maintenance skills.
• Experience with HVAC operation and servicing.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive, corrective, and predictive maintenance on HVAC, mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems.
• Inspect, maintain, and repair HVAC equipment including air handlers, VAVs, RTUs, heat pumps, exhaust fans, and split systems.
• Troubleshoot and repair pumps, motors, belts, bearings, air compressors, and fans.
• Assist with maintenance and repair of plumbing systems including valves, fixtures, drainage, and circulation.
• Support electrical maintenance including lighting, breakers, ballasts, and basic circuit troubleshooting.
• Assist with monitoring/building automation systems (BAS) as directed.
• Perform general facility repairs: doors, locks, ceilings, flooring, hardware, carpentry.
• Respond to work orders promptly and document tasks completed.
• Monitor building conditions and identify maintenance issues or safety concerns.
• Support compliance tasks: logs, inspections, documentation.
• Coordinate with vendors/contractors for specialized maintenance.
• Maintain tools/equipment/workspaces safely and organized.
