Qualifications

• Two years of dealer-level or large facility experience preferred.
• Must be physically able to perform the duties of the job.
• Must be willing to work a flexible schedule and be on call.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine maintenance and monitor cleaning for the grounds, facility, and equipment.
• Coordinate with preferred vendors for routine and break/fix maintenance.
• Maintain and repair walls, furniture, cabinets, windows, and doors/locks.
