Job summary

Walmart Inc. is seeking a dynamic Licensed Master Electrician to manage facilities maintenance operations across a regional footprint.

You will lead a team of skilled technicians, ensure preventive and predictive maintenance, and partner with store managers and leadership to keep buildings safe, compliant, and efficient. The role requires approximately 50% regional travel, strong leadership, excellent communication, and deep knowledge of electrical, plumbing, and mechanical systems.

Qualifications

• Licensed Master Electrician with 5 years’ facilities management or related experience, or 3 years with a relevant bachelor’s degree.
• Master Electrician license or equivalent in the working state.
• Proven leadership, communication and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to travel regionally (~50%).

Responsibilities

• Oversee predictive and preventive maintenance for regional Walmart facilities.
• Lead a team of maintenance technicians.
• Travel approximately 50% within the region.
• Coordinate with Store Managers and Facility Services leadership.
• Engage vendors/contractors and manage reporting.
• Ensure licenses, permits and inspections meet codes.
