Job summary

Turbocam Inc. is seeking a hands-on Maintenance Supervisor to plan, direct, and improve the upkeep of our manufacturing facilities in New Hampshire. You will lead maintenance, janitorial teams, and safety initiatives while coordinating with vendors for large projects.

Qualifications

• 5–10 years of maintenance experience with buildings, grounds and janitorial services.
• Minimum 5 years in a managerial role.
• Experience in a manufacturing environment is preferred.
• 3 years' experience in Occupational Safety and Health Standards.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication and organization skills.
• Proficient with power tools, hand tools, forklifts.
• Must have valid driver’s license and forklift certification.

Responsibilities

• Oversee preventive maintenance, repair, and operation of facility systems (fire alarm, HVAC, etc.).
• Hands-on leader involved in day-to-day operations to reduce downtime.
• Manage on-call program and schedule staff for off-hours.
• Lead large maintenance and capital projects with vendors.
• Collaborate with EH&S to comply with regulations and permits.
• Supervise maintenance and janitorial teams; provide training.
• Maintain documentation of servicing and safety projects.
• Budget administration for buildings and grounds.
• Schedule external services for grounds care and waste removal.
