Waste Management (WM) is seeking a Manager of Maintenance to lead and grow a team across RWCS non-incineration facilities. You will oversee maintenance programs, plan preventive and corrective actions, and drive cost reductions while ensuring safety and compliance with WM policies.

You will manage equipment installation and routine outages, develop training, and coordinate with operations to optimize asset care and reliability across multiple locations.

Qualifikationen

• Experience leading maintenance teams in facilities.
• Budget and cost-control experience for maintenance.
• Familiarity with SAP PM and preventive maintenance planning.

• Lead and develop maintenance technicians and manage hiring, training.
• Control budgets for maintenance and parts costs.
