GEO Secured Services is seeking a Facility Maintenance Manager to ensure upkeep of diverse facilities and manage a maintenance staff or vendors. You’ll oversee plumbing, carpentry, painting, HVAC, electrical systems, and security, while coordinating budgets and schedules to meet deadlines.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Journeyman certification in one or more trades (HVAC, electrical, plumbing or carpentry) preferred.
• Experience supervising maintenance staff or contractors.

Responsibilities

• Coordinates with Corporate Project Development and manages construction/remodeling programs.
• Develops and maintains maintenance budgets and cost tracking.
• Reviews production schedules and estimates worker hours for on-time completion.
• Directs workers in maintenance of building systems (plumbing, carpentry, electrical, HVAC, etc.).
• Monitors energy usage and considers cost-effective improvements.
