The ideal candidate has 3–5 years of infrastructure management experience in manufacturing, with strong project management and collaboration skills.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience in infrastructure management, ideally in a manufacturing or industrial setting.
• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Operational Systems, or related field preferred but not required.
• Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, air washing technology, and boiler operations.
• Experience with environmental compliance, including reporting and managing regulations.

Responsibilities

• Oversee maintenance of key building systems including HVAC, air washes, and boiler house to ensure reliability.
• Analyze system performance and implement improvements for energy efficiency and reliability.
• Ensure compliance with environmental regulations and prepare required reports.
• Coordinate with regulatory agencies during inspections or audits as needed.
• Lead or support infrastructure improvement projects, with safety and budget oversight.
• Maintain documentation of all maintenance activities, inspections, and repairs.
• Collaborate with operations and facility teams to minimize downtime during outages.
